tom coe backfliptom coe backflipA relatively recent addition to the services offered by the club. Supervised session provides an opportunity for skiers and boarders to develop their freestyle skills, making full use of the fun park with its jumps and quarter pipe. Competent skiers and boarders only, assessments available for this session, please ask at reception.

Start Times Freestyle meets every Thursday, sessions from 6-10pm. Training for skiers is from 7-8:30pm on a Sunday and for boarders 8:30-9:30pm on a Monday.

We're having a Farmers Jam warm up this Saturday 31st of July 7 till 9, come along from 6 to help set up and then we'll all have a jolly good time. a certificate shall be awarded for the best and most imaginative candlestick combination.       Joe

Chris takes up The North Face Ski Challenge *updated*

Norfolk Freestyler Chris Benner has been selected to represent the UK as a wildcard entry in The North Face Ski Challenge Grand Final at Val Thorens in the Three Valleys in France. He will be travelling out this Thursday morning (25th March) and will be accompanied by fellow Freestyler Tom Coe who will, hopefully bring back some great video and photos of the event.

The Challenge consist of avalanche and mountain safety awareness, freeride and freestyle elements over four days, with the lads returning the following Tuesday.

Fingers crossed for a successful trip. Update on results as soon as they are available

Norfolk Skiers at the London Ski Show

Top freestyle skiers from all over the UK and Europe converged on London’s Olympia Metro Ski Show at the Weekend to take part in the final of the prestigious London Ride. The event showcases the latest freestyle skiing tricks with the best of British riders battling it out against some of Europe’s top pros.

Every year, as the summer draws to a close, a large of amount of freeskiers and snowboarders all look forward to one thing, the legendary Farmers Jam, a 3 day long event taking place at the Norfolk Ski Club in Norwich. This year being its 10th anniversary it promised to be absolutely blinding weekend of freestyle shenanigans, and let’s not forget the awesome weather which always seem to bless the almighty Farmers Jam.
